Is there a demand for Cisco (IT) jobs in Cairo? Who do we contact? What is a good salary to live in Egypt?

We looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to buy in a very, very nice and elegant Cairo. We looked and Garden City, seems pretty nice. If you can not recommed what other areas are very, very pretty and elegant? Also, could you tell me, how can we get a residence visa or work permit as we want to live in Caori? My husband has a CCNA (Cisco) and CompTIA A + grades, I can say is that demand for IT jobs in Egypt / Cairo? Or please, could tell me who or where we could contact about jobs? Can you tell me what the average salary you need to live comfortably in Egypt / Cairo? (Egyptian Pounds) We go in July 2007, is there, apartments being built? i agree with any female body and 21, except the salary, since u must be aware that renting an apartment can cost only U about at least 1500 LE (Egyptian pounds) or more, and do not think that 2000 EGP (EGP apart from the 1500 income) per month is enough to live here … IO Media live, of course, no problem, but will not be easy trying to get an apartment near ur work, especially if custom or get a car, buses will not be comfortable that there is much IT work in Egypt today, CCNA, but not enough, or have multiple certificates, but if course or have practical experience good, then ur fine goodluck
